Veronica Grace Boland (March 18, 1899 June 19, 1982) was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania, and the first female member of Congress from Pennsylvania.

Veronica Grace Barrett was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania to Irish immigrants.[1] She married Patrick J. Boland. She was elected as a Democrat to the Seventy-seventh Congress, by special election, to fill the vacancy caused by the death of her husband. She was not a candidate for reelection in 1942.
