Tropical Storm Julia

The name Julia has been used for two tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean:

  • Hurricane Julia (2010), the easternmost category 4 hurricane in the Atlantic since reliable records began. Churned across the open ocean without threatening land.
  • Tropical Storm Julia (2016), weak tropical storm that formed over Jacksonville, it became the first system to form inland over Florida on record.
