Tiphys
In Greek mythology, Tiphys /ˈtaɪfɪs/ (Τῖφυς Tîphus), son of Hagnias (or of Phorbas and Hyrmine), was the helmsman of the Argonauts. He died of a mysterious illness or, according to some sources, a snakebite. After his death, Ancaeus piloted the Argo.
