"This Ain't the Summer of Love" is a song by the American hard rock band Blue Öyster Cult from the band's 1976 album, Agents of Fortune.[1] The song inspired "Swallow My Pride" by pioneering grunge band Green River.[2] It references the Summer of Love, organized by marketers to cash in on the hippie movement in 1967.
