Telmatobius sibiricus is a species of frogs in the Telmatobiidae family.
It is endemic to Bolivia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and canals and ditches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
