Tarek Amer (born 21 July 1989) is an Egyptian footballer. He plays as a left back.

Amer previously played for the Romanian teams Gloria Buzău and CF Brăila. His first goal for CF Brăila was in a loss against FC Botoşani, score 1-5 on 30 April 2011.
