Dimitris "Takis" Karatzoulidis (Greek: Δημήτρης "Τάκης" Καρατζουλίδης; born June 2, 1957) is a former Greek professional basketball player.

Playing career

Karatzoulidis started his career from Iraklis in 1971. He played with his club, at Greek Basketball Cup final in 1981 and he scored 29 points. Despite his wonderful performance Iraklis defeat by AEK with 84-78. In 1985 he transferred to PAOK. His transfer was the second expensive in Greek league, and cost fifty million Greek drachma. Karatzoulidis played at PAOK five years, but his efficiency was inferior of his value. One of his best games with PAOK, was a victory against Aris with 81-78. Karatzoulidis scored 11 points and had 10 rebounds. Karatzoulidis played with Dimokritos in Greek A2 Basket League, during 1991-92.

After, his retirement he became member of Greek Veterans. He is also coach of academies since 1997 and he has studied Economics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.^{[1] [2]}
