TV3 Lithuania is a commercial television channel operating in Lithuania. Between 1997 and 2017, it was owned by Modern Times Group (MTG). The targeted audience were the Baltic states. In 2017, Providence Equity Partners bought TV3 (Baltics), and its subsidiary channels and radio stations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia for €115 million. In Lithuania, TV3 was launched on April 11, 1993.

Programming

Programs telecasted on TV3 include The Simpsons, CSI: Miami, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: NY, Downton Abbey, Revenge, Touch and White Collar. Routine programming includes movies and lifestyle shows as well as reality and news programs. The channel broadcasts the Lithuanian version of The X Factor and Secret Story.
