Toyota New Global Architecture

The Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) are modular unibody automobile platforms that underpin various Toyota and Lexus models starting with the fourth generation Toyota Prius in late 2015.[1] TNGA platforms accommodate different vehicle sizes and also front-, rear-, and all-wheel-drive configurations.[2]

Applications

TNGA-C (GA-C)

Replaces the MC and New MC platforms.

Calendar years:

TNGA-K (GA-K)

Replaces the K platform.

Calendar years:

TNGA-N (GA-N)

Replaces the N and New N platforms.

Calendar years:

TNGA-L (GA-L)

The rear-wheel drive Global Architecture for Luxury vehicles is used primarily on Lexus vehicles.
