The Swedish Union for Service and Communications Employees (Service- och Kommunikationsfacket, acronym SEKO) is a trade union in Sweden. It was formed in 1995 with the reorganization of the Swedish National Union of State Employees (Statsanställdas förbund, SF).

SEKO has a membership of 160,000 and is divided into nine branches:

Rail transportation
Public administration
Postal
Roads & Railways
Telecom
Correctional treatment
Energy
Defence
Maritime

SEKO is the third largest affiliate of the Swedish Trade Union Confederation. It is considered as one of the most radical trade unions in Sweden and opposes privatization of public services.
