Stephen Julius Masele (MP), Is a youthful political figure and Member of Parliament in Tanzania, a current member of Pan African Parliament (PAP) based in Midrand South Africa and former member of Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) based in Genève Switzerland. Served as Tanzanian Deputy Minister in the Vice President Office as well as Deputy Minister of Energy and Minerals in President Kikwete administration. He has an extensive experience of corporate affairs after spending six years in corporate management, started with Standard chartered Bank, Stanbic Bank and Tigo, a Telecommunication Company. Masele has a broad experience on International Affairs having participated in international Conferences in more than 63 Countries, he’s well connected globally. He studied at Harvard Kennedy School, Florida International University, LUND University and University of Dar es Salaam. One of Masele's lecturer at the University Dar es salaam, described him as a very intelligent, engaging, friendly guy but serious student—"a nice guy but very strict". He’s married and has three children.[1]
