The St. John–Lena Border Crossing connects the towns of St. John, North Dakota and Killarney, Manitoba on the Canada–US border. It is connected by North Dakota Highway 30 on the American side and Manitoba Highway 18 on the Canadian side.

The United States border station was built in 1937, and was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2014. The Canada border station was built in 1961.
