Sports Center of FAR
Sports centre of F.A.R (Arabic: المركز الرياضي لنادي الجيش الملكي) is based in the city of Salé, glued to the town of Rabat. This is the sports centre of the club of AS FAR.
Description
ASFAR benefits from the facilities made available to it by the Center Sportif des Forces Armées Royales. The center has two turf fields, two synthetic football pitches, a sports hall, an Olympic-size indoor swimming pool and an outdoor one, a weight room, three tennis courts, a boxing room, a gymnasium Martial arts and a gym.
In addition, the center has an integrated training center for footballers, an amphitheater with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, a refectory, a hotel, a medical-sports center and multiple administrative areas.
The Center Médic-sportif has a state-of-the-art cardiorespiratory functional exploration unit. It allows the exploration of more than nine physiological parameters. The center also has a conventional radiology and ultrasound unit, a dental surgery unit, a functional rehabilitation unit and balneotherapy (jacuzzi and sauna). It is also equipped with a room for shooting and resuscitation and a SAMU.
The medical team is made up of six sports doctors, a dental surgeon and physiotherapists in addition to trained caregivers.
