The Spain women's national water polo team represents Spain in international women's water polo competitions and it is controlled by Real Federación Española de Natación.
Spain has won a World and a European Championship, making them one of the most successful women's water polo teams in the world. They also have won 1 Olympic, 2 World Championship, 1 World Cup, 1 World League and 3 European Championships medals.
