The 1st constituency of Somme is a French legislative constituency in the Somme département.
Description
The 1st constituency of the Somme contains both the town of Abbeville and the north of the city of Amiens running along the course of the Somme river.
Following the defeat of the Gaullist deputy, war hero Fred Moore, in 1962 by the PCF the seat has been held continuously by the left.
