The names Socialist Youth or Socialist Youth League have been used by several political youth organizations around the world:

- Socialist Youth (Norway), the youth league of the Socialist Left Party of Norway
- Socialist Youth of Spain, the youth organisation of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) in Spain
- Socialist Youth (Portugal), the youth organisation of the Socialist Party of Portugal
- Socialist Youth League (Denmark, 1935), a leftist youth movement in Denmark 1935-1936
- Socialist Youth League (Sweden), the youth organization of the Swedish Socialist Party
