Shilton Paul is an Indian footballer who plays for Mohun Bagan as a goalkeeper, currently captaining the Mariners.[1] He is one of the core team members of Mohun Bagan, one of the oldest football clubs in Asia, since 2006.

- 22nd JRD Tata Cup at Jamshedpur, India in 2003.
- AFC Youth Championship (U-16) in Japan in 2004.
- AFC Championship (U-17) in Kolkata 2003-04.
- 10th South Asian Games at Colombo, Sri Lanka in the year of 2006.
- AFC Challenge Cup (U-21) in Bangladesh in 2006.
- AFC Youth Championship in Kolkata in 2006.
Nationals
- XXIV sub junior National Football Championship held in Meghalaya in 2002 representing Bihar.
- XXIV sub junior (under 16) National Football Championship held at Aizawl in 2003 representing Jharkhand.
- Under -19 National Football Championship held in Mizoram in 2004-05 representing Jharkhand.
Mohun Bagan
After graduating from Tata Football Academy, Paul signed with I-League club Mohun Bagan. He did not get any game time however till the I-League 2010-11 season, where he got 12 caps. He was captain of Mohun Bagan in the victorious 2014-15 I-League campaign.He is currently captain of Mohun Bagan team for 2018-19 season celebrating his consecutive 13 years with the club.
Chennaiyin
He represented Chennaiyin during the 2014 Indian Super League season and the team stood semi-finalist.
Kerala Blasters
Shilton represented Kerala Blasters FC in ISL Season 2.
ATK
Shilton represented Atletico De Kolkata in ISL season 3 and that year ATK came up as the champion.
International
He made 3 appearances for India in the 2006 AFC Challenge Cup and was on the bench for qualifiers for the 2007 Asian Cup.
