Government Medical College Saharanpur orShaikh-Ul-Hind Maulana Mahmood Hasan Medical College is a state medical college located in Saharanpur. It is now called as the Government medical college Saharanpur.[2] Earlier it was called Kansiram Medical College. It was recently inspected by MCI and given recognition.
The college has guidance and mentorship of Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut.[3]
Courses
Every year 100 students are allowed to take admission in the M.B.B.S. course[1] by single competitive examination. The prestigious NEET-UG accounts for both the filling of 15% all India quota seats and remaining 85% state quota seats.
