Shara (god)

In Sumerian mythology Shara, Šara (Sumerian: 𒀭𒁈, dšara2, dšara,) is a minor god of war, mainly identified with the city of Umma, north-east of Unug (Uruk). He is identified in some texts as the son of Inanna (Ishtar).
