Shamsur Rahman Kallue was the 9th Director General of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence who was in office from May 1989– August 1990. He also served as the Lieutenant General in the Pakistan Army.

Kallue served as the 9th Director General of Inter-Services Intelligence after Hamid Gul.
