The Scottish Women's First Division is the second tier of women's football in Scotland. It is split into a North and South region. Two teams are promoted from this league into the Scottish Women's Premier League. Teams are relegated into one of four Regional Scottish Women's Second Divisions.
2017 Season
Central Girls won the North division by 9 points and Kilmarnock won the South division by 20 points. Central had a goal difference of +84 and Kilmarnock +52. Both were promoted to the SWPL 2 for the 2018 season.[1][2]
