Santimami/San Mamés Station (formerly San Mamés) is an intermodal railway station located in the neighborhood of Garellano in the district of Basurto-Zorrotza in the city of Bilbao. This station connects the services of Line 1 and 2 of the rapid transit system Metro Bilbao, lines C-1 and C-2 of the commuter rail network Cercanías Bilbao, line A of the tramway system EuskoTran and accesses to Termibus, the main bus/coach station of Bilbao.

Name

Its name comes from the San Mamés Stadium that is located nearby. The stadium itself is named after a former convent dedicated to Saint Mammes of Caesarea. In 2018, the Basque translation of the name (Santimami) was prepended.[1]
