Samir Deb

Samir Deb (born 24 November 1959) is a former Indian cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played for Tripura. He was born in Agartala.

Deb made two first-class appearances for the team during the 1986-87 season. His debut, during the 1986 season, came against Bengal, against whom he scored 3 runs in the first innings and 8 runs in the second - his only runs in first-class cricket.

On his second and final first-class appearance, against Assam, having been moved from the opening order to the tailend, he scored a duck in each innings in which he batted - as Tripura lost the match by an innings margin.
