SEB banka (formerly - Latvijas Unibanka, then SEB Latvijas Unibanka), 100% of shares are owned by SEB,[2] is one of the largest banks in Latvia. The bank was established by consolidating earlier financial structures such as Bank of Agricultural Industry after Latvia regained its independence from the USSR. Nowadays its main rivals in the Latvian banking market are Swedbank, Luminor and Citadele bank.[3]
