Sŭngri Petrochemical Complex

The Sŭngri Refinery is a Russian-design oil refinery with a capacity of 2 million tons located in Sŏnbong-gun, Rasŏn Special Economic Zone, North Korea.[1] It is served by the Sŭngri Line of the Korean State Railway.[2] In 2013, a Mongolian firm bought a 20% share in the refinery, but sold it off again in 2016.[3]
