Ryan Ryan Musikahan is a weekly late night musical show formerly aired by ABS-CBN from 1988 to 1995 hosted by Ryan Cayabyab. The show featured some of the local and international artists thru its musical numbers. The original show version was directed by Leo Rialp. This program currently aired re-runs on Jeepney TV.

"Ryan Ryan Musikahan" was returned on TV as "Ryan Ryan Musikahan: Home For Christmas" as a Christmas special aired on Jeepney TV, recently this year 2015, the all new episode "Ryan Ryan Musikahan: Piyano At Gitara" was aired last August 20 also on Jeepney TV. The new version is now equipped with new LED TV (which iconically served as backdrop) and the new director is directed by Johnny Manahan.
