Chestnut-headed crake

The chestnut-headed crake (Anurolimnas castaneiceps) is a species of bird in the family Rallidae. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and heavily degraded former forest.

Description

It is chestnut-coloured with a paler throat and a dark brown back.
