"Roc Ya Body (Mic Check 1 2)" is the debut single by hip hop/rap group MVP featuring rapper Stagga Lee, released to radio in 2003, and went to #1 on the top dance format station in New York, 103.5 KTU. It is MVP's most popular single to date, having peaked at #5 in the charts in the United Kingdom, peaking at #82 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the UK Ringtone chart. The group released a follow-up single called "Bounce, Shake, Move, Stop!" in 2006 in the United Kingdom.
