Robert LeRoy Fitzpatrick is an American bishop of the Episcopal Church, a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. He was born on September 20, 1958 in Decatur, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University, a Master of Divinity degree from the General Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Homiletics degree from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary. Bishop Fitzpatrick serves as the fifth and current Bishop of the Diocese of Hawaii, his office is located at the Cathedral of Saint Andrew in Honolulu. Fitzpatrick was ordained bishop and installed as ordinary of the diocese in 2007 by Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori, with several international co-consecrators. The bishop is married to Beatrice Elizondo Fitzpatrick, they have two adult sons together.
