Richard Albert Tilghman (March 8, 1920 – February 23, 2017) was a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate.[2] He also served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1967 to 1968. He died in February 2017 at the age of 96.[3][4]
