Ricardo "Ricky" Llerandi is a Puerto Rican politician affiliated with the New Progressive Party (PNP). He was elected to the Puerto Rico House of Representatives in 2012 to represent District 14. He was reelected in 2016 by the largest margin of any representative in that election. Afterwards he was selected by the Governor to be the Executive Director of P.R. Trade Company. As of August 1 2018 he is also serving as the deputy Government Secretary for the Island.
