Rhododendron erosum (啮蚀杜鹃) is a rhododendron species native to eastern Bhutan, southern Tibet, and southern Xizang, China, where it grows at altitudes of 3000–3700 meters. It is a shrub or small tree that grows to 4.5–6 m in height, with leatherly leaves that are elliptic to obovate-oblong, 8–10.5 by 3.7–4.5 cm in size. Flowers are red.
