Lemke's hutia (Rhizoplagiodontia lemkei) is an extinct species of rodent in the family Capromyidae.^[1] It is monotypic within the genus Rhizoplagiodontia. It was endemic to Haiti. Its natural habitat was subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
