The Rapaille Partij ("Riffraf Party") was a Dutch local political party founded in Amsterdam in the 1920s. Its platform included free alcoholic beverages for citizens in Amsterdam, the abolition of compulsory voting, and free fishing and hunting in the Vondelpark. The party won two seats on the city council of Amsterdam in 1921, but the elected representatives, vagabond and street musician Hadjememaar (Cornelis de Gelder) and former anarchist Bertus Zuurbier, rarely attended meetings. This caused the party to lose popularity, and it soon dissolved.
