Rachel Feinstein is an American actress and stand-up comedian. Feinstein was a finalist on Season 7 of Last Comic Standing. Rachel plays a comedian performing as herself in the feature film, Her Composition.

Early life

Feinstein grew up in Bethesda, Maryland.[1] Her father was a civil rights lawyer and a blues musician and her mother was a social worker.[2] Her father is from a Jewish family and her mother converted to Judaism.[3] She moved to New York City at age 17 and slowly developed her character-driven standup act.[4]

Career

Feinstein was a finalist on Season 7 of Last Comic Standing.[5] She played a comedian performing as herself in the feature film, Her Composition,[6] directed by Stephan Littger. She has also appeared on the HBO series Crashing.[7]

Personal life

On the Dudley and Bob morning radio show (KLBJ-FM, Austin, TX), Feinstein announced that her boyfriend is a comedy writer who writes on one of her television shows.[8] During a December 2014 appearance on The View,[9] Feinstein revealed her boyfriend is executive producer of truTV's Impractical Jokers. On her February 2018 appearance on the Artie and Anthony show she stated she was engaged to a New York City fire fighter captain.
