Raadha (TV series)

Raadha is a popular Bengali television Soap Opera that premiered on October 31, 2016 and airs on Zee Bangla. It is produced by Surinder Films and stars Aemila Sadhukhan and Ravi Shaw in lead roles and Monalisa Paul as the main antagonist. The show telecasts at Monday to Friday at 10:30pm. The show aired at 6:00pm. Before and then it got a new timeslot at 10:30pm. Because of Joyee Replacing its old timeslot. The Show was one of the Best serial running in this period it's was very Popular among the Audience. The Show went off air on 8 December 2017. It was replaced by Rangiye Diye Jao. The show aired its last episode on 8 December 2017.

Plot summary

'Radha' - the story of a girl with morals and talents. She lives in the suburbs with her family and owns a small clothing shop. She is extremely adept at making clothes but does not take much care of her own appearance. The only downside is that she is fat. Eating for her is a habit like breathing or sleeping. For this reason, her dream of marrying a man who will love her more than anything is incomplete because whenever a marriage proposal comes for her they don't go ahead with it because of her being fat.

On the other hand, there is Krish, the owner of a fashion house in Kolkata. He is perfectly groomed and a man that every woman would love as her husband. Radha and Krish meet each other when Krish comes to source material from Radha's shop. They do not like each other as Radha feels overwhelmed by this well-kept, arrogant man and Krish feels disgust towards Radha because of her fatness and her un-kept appearance. A situation arises that leads to their marriage. There is great friction between them but they eventually fall in love with each other and Radha grows into a capable business as well as life partner for Krish. She makes everyone realize that her size doesn't define her. It becomes apparent that Krish and Radha are a match made in heaven, that not only destiny but the whole universe has conspired to bring them together. This is a love story of how opposites find peace and love with each other; of how a small town girl grows into a woman of panache and sophistication.

Current plot

Zara who wants to marry Krish she has all the property papers of the Bannerjee family and she is now the owner of Banerjee villa but Radha will never let that happen so she and Krish plan to expose Zara in front of everyone. Later Zara is arrested she said she will come back to take revenge from Radha and everyone else. She said she will not spare anyone. Now there is happiness in Bannerjee family. Later Shobha's sister is introduced to the show. Shobha's sister Abha comes back to take revenge from Shobha and Dibyendra is helping her take revenge. Dibyendra and Abha will do a huge conspiracy against Radha. She knows that Radha is really intelligent. She can save the Bannerjee family from trouble. Radha will fall unconscious after eating the diet food because Dibeyendra mixed poison in her food. Doctor say's to Krish that she is dying soon . She will be alive for only some days. Will Raadha die or is it a big conspiracy against Radha or is it false news? Abha Shobha's sister kidnap's Shobha her own sister to take revenge from her and she will wear the same clothes as Shobha so she can go to Bannerjee villa to kill Radha with poison. But when Abha comes back as Shobha, Radha question's her what is she doing so late at night? Are you hiding something from me. Then Abhaya simply drops the poison and Radha picks it up. Will Radha know that she is not shobha she is Abha (Shoba's twin sister) and will she know that Abha came back to destroy the Bannerjee villa. Will Radha save the Bannerjee family from Fake Shobha AKA (Abha) evil plans? Will Radha know the truth of Shobha and Abha? Radha finally knows she does not have brain cancer it was a big conspiracy by shobha aka abha. soon Radha will meet the real shobha in Ganesh chaturuthi and know that the shobha who is currently living with them is the fake shobha. Can Radha expose the Fake shobha in front of everyone? After many twist, The fake shobha is exposed in front of everyone and the fake shobha and Dibyendra is arrested. Later a new woman enters Krish and Raadha's life named Sunaina basu who is a fashion designer. She falls in love with Krish and tries to create a rift between Raadha and Krish and her true colors are revealed in front of Raadha. At a fashion event Sunny tries to spoil Raadha's speech Which She will Use to Say about her experienced in Sb Garments And Radha will Groom her herself more and Krish Got Eventually shocked and everyone else and She was also the Show Stopper of the event . Soon, There will be a New entry of Sheuli's Husband Ribendra Banerjee who Is actually a goon and he is called Rumi. He will enter banerjee house when everything is well in the event and They do a party after the event That's When Sheuli's husband will enter Banerjee Villa and Radha, Krish, will get Shocked and Everyone Else. After some time, Ribendra True colors are exposed in front of Radha and Radha tries to punish Ribendra for all his crimes, and bad deeds. A snake bites Krish and he was in hospital for several days. Later Raadha prayed for his wellbeing and he became well. Then, Radha meets with an accident and Someone rescues her and takes her to the hospital. Now Radha and Krish are separated from each other. After some time, she regained consciousness and loses her memory. The people who rescue her they tell her she is their Daughter Sonali Jaiswal and she has a daughter named Muskaan and Raadha's Family members think she is dead.After Some days Krish sees radha in a restaurant and he tells gourov about it. Then they go to the jaiswal villa where radha is living and radha cannot remember anything because of the memory loss and she trusts her father dulal beta and she goes with Muskaan to live in banerjee villa. Now Krish and Raadha are reunited with each other but Raadha's memory loss and Zara is back because Krish bailed out Zara from jail.
