The R 6 Motorway (or Autostrada Arbën Xhaferi ) is a motorway located in Kosovo. It is 60 km long and it is being constructed with a budget of € 600 million. Forming part of the E65, it is the second motorway in Kosovo and it links the capital Pristina with the Macedonian border at Han i Elezit, which is about 20 km (12 mi) from Skopje. Construction of the motorway started in July 2014. On 31st of December 2016, the first 23 kilometers from Pristina to Babush i Muhaxherëve was opened for traffic. On 22nd of December 2017, a further 11 kilometers from Babush i Muhaxherëve to Ferizaj was opened for traffic. In June 2018, another section was opened for traffic from Ferizaj to Kacanik. The Ministry of Infrastructure of Kosovo announced that the motorway is set to be completed in 28th December 2018.
