The Residence of the President of Armenia (Armenian: Հայաստանի նախագահի նստավայր; Hayastani Nakhagahi Nstavayr) is located on Mashtots Avenue 47, Yerevan. The building serves as the official residence of the president since 9 April 2018.[1][2] The building had previously served as an official reception house of the government between 1985 and 2017.

The entire area of the complex is 13,791.52 m², while the building itself occupies an area of 5,727.2 m².[3]
