Powidz [ˈpɔvit͡s] (German: Kurheim) is a village in Słupca County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Powidz.[1] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north of Słupca and 68 km (42 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań. The village has a population of 1,000.

Powidz gives its name to the protected area called Powidz Landscape Park.
