Pollex balabaci is a moth of the family Erebidae. It is known from Balabac in the Philippines.

The wingspan is about 11 mm. The forewing is narrow and blackish-brown. The hindwing is unicolorous dark grey with an almost invisible black discal spot and the underside unicolorous dark grey.
