The white-lined leaf frog (Phyllomedusa vaillantii) is a species of frog in the family Hylidae. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest, subtropical or tropical swampland, rivers, and freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
