Phander is located in Ghizer, Gilgit Baltistan,Ghizer is most visited place in Gilgit Baltistan. Phandar is pathway leading towards Shandur Pass which is often narrated as most beautiful Valley of Pakistan and has links with Chitral Pakistan.[1]
