Philip Peter B. Butel (born June 18, 1980 in Tuguegarao, Cagayan Valley, Philippines) is a basketball player who for the Caloocan Supremos in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League. He was signed by Sta. Lucia in 2007 as a free agent. He currently plays for the Misamis Oriental Meteors in the Liga Pilipinas.
