Peterman Hill

Peterman Hill is an unincorporated community located on a high ridge in Boyd County, Kentucky, on the Catlettsburg-Cannonsburg Pike (the Cannonsburg Road), three miles (5 km) west of Catlettsburg. The road was originally known as Midland Trail and later U.S. 60 alternate until 1964 when it reverted to county maintenance. It is now State Route 3294.

Peterman Hill uses the Catlettburg, Kentucky, ZIP Code of 41129.

It was home to the Rolling Meadows Country Club from 1962 to 2004, owned by golf pro Robert Craycraft, who retired in 2004 and sold the 200-acre (0.81 km2) ridge-top golf course to the Franz real estate group. Franz developed the subdivision of Lakinview Heights on the former Rolling Meadows property before filing bankruptcy in 2006. Other subdivisions such as Fairfield Farms have grown up since the 1980s on the ridge known as Peterman Hill, Kentucky.
