Parvicaecilia nicefori is a species of amphibian in the family Caeciliidae. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, arable land, pastureland, plantations, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and irrigated land.
