Ogu–Bolo (also spelled Ogu/Bolo) is a Local Government Area in Rivers State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Ogu.

It has an area of 89 km² and a population of 74,683 at the 2006 census. This is an area belonging to the Ogu–Bolo people.
