• The trade name for the fur and skins of the Coypu (Myocastor coypus), a large rodent native to South America. In North America it is used as the common name for the animal itself
• In the Spanish language, the "nutria" refers to the otter
• The color of the uniforms of the SADF and SWATF similar to Coyote brown
