Nils-Paul Skåra (born March 26, 1987) is a Norwegian professional basketball player who currently plays for Bærum Basket of the BLNO. Skåra played college basketball representing the College of William & Mary for his freshman and sophomore years. After going undrafted in the 2011 NBA Draft, 6'1" point guard was forced to wait three years until he would start playing professionally in Norway.

Early life

Nils-Paul Skåra was born March 26, 1987 in the village of Kolsås in Bærum, Akershus, Norway.[1]

Collegiate career

Skara played for the William & Mary Tribe from 2007 to 2009, playing only two games in his freshman year and just four games in his sophomore year. During his entire collegiate career at William & Mary, Skara averaged just 1.8 minutes per game.[2]

Professional career

Skara was acquired by Bærum Basket shortly before the start of the 2013-14 BLNO season, the first club he had played with at a professional level. [3]
