New York State Writers Institute

The New York State Writers Institute is a literary organization based at the University at Albany in Albany, New York. It sponsors a summer writer's conference,[1][2] visiting writers series,[3] a classic film series,[4] and awards.[5] It was founded by novelist William Kennedy in 1983.[6]
