New York's 9th State Senate district is one of 63 districts of the New York State Senate. It is currently represented by Todd Kaminsky (D). Senator Kaminsky was first appointed 2016 and was first elected in 2016.[1]

Geography

District 9 covers a portion of western Nassau County, including a portion of the Town of Hempstead and the city of Long Beach.[2]
